Yes - and no!  Virtual office hours are designed for quick responses. I'm happy to look at a section of your site, or a blog post you just wrote, or a marketing email you have written.

Please keep in mind, however, that my feedback will be thoughtful & helpful, but not in-depth. This is meant to be a quick response that provides what you need to move forward with clarity.

If I believe your question is more in-depth than appropriate for virtual office hours I will let you know and provide initial thoughts on your best way forward to get the support you need.

The 14-day free trial means you can submit two questions to me for free over your first two weeks. After that, you will be billed either $34 / month or $375 / year depending on which payment option you chose.

You must cancel before your first payment if you do not wish to continue.  For monthly payments you can cancel by the last day of the month. For annual payments you can cancel the renewal at any time, but your year of virtual support hours is paid in full until it expires.

Virtual office hours are meant for questions & answers only - not actual website edits or design.

I can, however, give you feedback & suggestions on existing website edits or design elements on your site!

I'm happy to provide website support with hourly support services at $250/hour pro-rated by the time used. Often, clients need no more than 15-minutes of my time - I'm fast!
